Service terms

LeadLeak is provided to help businesses capture and manage website enquiries. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of their configuration, lawful collection of personal data, and acting on enquiries.

Availability

The pilot service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Planned changes and material incidents will be communicated to affected customers.

Acceptable use

Do not use LeadLeak for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited activity, or attempt to access another customer’s information.

Liability and cancellation

Pilot subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Final commercial terms, liability limits and the contracting entity must be confirmed before paid launch.
